Manufacturing

Our manufacturing facility is situated with our head office in Andover, Hampshire where all our products are produced. Our 20,000 sq ft factory space is divided into departments which undertake each stage of the screen manufacturing process.

In 2008 we invested in our own powder coating plant which has given us control over quality, cost and efficiency and allowed us to respond to our clients in a quicker fashion.

We continually review and revise our manufacturing layout and plant machinery to ensure we can produce our products to the highest quality in the most efficient way. Our manufacturing flexibility has helped us undertake highly bespoke projects over the years which we are very proud of.

Our team of Manufacturing Staff and Supervisors are highly motivated, skilled and always present a 'can do' attitude which allows us tremendous flexibility when specifying bespoke items for clients.

Era Screens strives to be environmentally conscious throughout all the things we do, this includes our manufacturing processes and operations. Our CSR focuses it towards recycling and re-using materials therefore keeping our waste consumption to a minimum.

In 2009 we reduced our waste to landfill by 84% by identifying and implementing several policies relating to recycling of materials - for more detail on this see our CSR section under the about tab.
